How to Prepare

Take 1 measure of Shastry's Menthya Dosa Mix in a bowl.

Add approximately 1.5 measures of water and stir well to form a smooth, lump-free batter.

Pour the batter onto a heated Dosa Tawa and spread it gently (Menthya dosas are traditionally kept slightly thicker and softer than regular dosas).

Add oil or ghee around the edges, cover with a lid for a minute to let it steam and roast until cooked.
