Take 500g of Shastry's Chakkuli Mix in a large bowl.

Add 80g of warm ghee or vanaspati to the mix and blend it well with your hands.

Gradually add approximately 300 to 350 ml of water.

Knead it gently until it forms a soft dough (similar to roti dough).

Press the dough through a chakkuli maker into hot oil and fry on a medium flame until golden brown and crisp.
